Lsw Mind Notes

The journal is well designed and feels sturdy and of good quality materials. I didn't realise that the "Mind Notes" section for each day involves a separate purchase, so I have used this area for a "daily doodle" instead! I think the question "what patterns emerged about where I spent my energy?" could be worded differently. I keep asking myself what this means! The weekly review, notes page, and page for colouring in are useful and I am enjoying this part. I like the fact that there is "time off" to reflect each weekend. I think I would have preferred it if the format of weekly page questions varied, perhaps once every fourth week, so I am going to adapt the book to suit my needs as I go along. On the whole, I am pleased that I bought this journal.
